In Case of Emergency
If you are having an emergency or are in crisis, please call 911 or go to the nearest Hospital's Emergency Room.
If the matter is less urgent and it is after our normal business hours (see below), you may leave a message on our answering system. Please keep in mind that these messages will not be retrieved until the next business day.
Office hours are Monday through Friday, 1:00PM to 5:00PM.
The office is closed during most major holidays. If you have questions about holiday scheduling, please phone our office.
It is recommended that you do not drop below a one week supply of medication before you request a prescription refill. Please plan in advance for vacations and holidays when considering your medication refill needs.
Have your pharmacy fax a prescription refill request to: 707-579-8755.
Please give 24 hours notice if you are unable to keep your appointment.
Fees for missed appointments or cancelling your appointment with less than 24 hours notice are the same as a regular session fee.
